DOGS CHASE BALLS curated by NO SPACE

November 22, 2014—January 31, 2015

We need something real, essential, that’s in front of our faces, and we need to believe deeply in it. We don’t need hypotheticals, we don’t need speculation, we want to touch things, feel them, trust them. We need to wade into art and surround ourselves with it. We’ve become apathetic and callous. We spent the whole day on our laptops. Now we’re noticing details; looking for short fleeting gestures to savor and unreel. The textures on walls. The sound of the leaves shaking in the breeze. Burnt out cars. Butterflies. Poetry germinates. Dogs chase balls.
